I’m a senior leader at Deloitte with 13+ years of experience spanning tax, global workforce transformation, learning & development, and organisational change. My career has been anything but linear — I started in international tax (PwC Luxembourg, then Deloitte), and over time deliberately reinvented myself into a PMO leader, facilitator, and people manager.That reinvention is something I’m still living — which means I understand both the clarity that comes with experience AND the uncertainty that comes with being mid-transition.
