From Working Student to Head of Engineering. My career has moved back and forth between individual contributor and leadership positions, so I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating both paths. Along the way, I’ve worked as a team lead, technical lead, and architect before stepping into my current role.

As a Head of Engineering, I accumulated vast experience in change management, business strategy, budgeting, recruitment and organizational management. As part of my job, I work on the development and growth of team leads and engineers.

I’m deeply passionate about leadership, human behavior, and how our brains work—especially how these shape teams, decision-making, and growth. At the same time, I maintain a strong interest in software architecture and design. I love diving into complex problems, brainstorming solutions together, and exploring how different pieces fit into a coherent, scalable system.

Beyond work, I like to keep an active lifestyle and focus heavily on keeping a healthy work-life balance. I enjoy training in the gym, taking dancing classes and going to salsa events.
