Meghana Parwate is an enterprise Agile coach with expertise in Agile Transformation of large to complex IT and ITeS organizations. Meghana is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) and Seasoned IT Professional with rich experience in multiple on-shore / off-shore diverse global teams and roles in PMO. Meghana has successfully delivered projects/programs of variable team sizes with Agile-Scrums, Scrums-of-Scrums and SAFe methodologies ranging from 1 to 20 scrum teams augmented with a blend of TDD and Continuous Integration techniques and trained close to 1000 participants in various Scaled Agile Framework workshops.
Meghana has authored articles and presentations on Agile-Scrums and LEAN in high profile conferences and events and is a recipient of several accolades – including management excellence award for managing high-business impacting global project delivery.
