Hey I'm Michael from Munich/Bavaria/Germany.

I'm a Change-Agent, IT-Architect, Consultant and Content-Creator with focus on Digital Transformation, Cultural Change, Evolution of Organizations and Value-Chains, Ecosystem-Thinking, API-First Initiatives, Platform-Strategies, Cloud Technology and Modular/Service-based Architectures.

My biggest strength is empathy for a lot of different key-players (executives, product managers, business leads, IT architects, software engineers) that are involved in those kind of transformation journeys. I'm an experienced facilitator and coach for collaborative decision-making techniques (DDD, Event-Storming, Team Topologies, Wardley Mapping, Impact Mapping, CTQs, ...).

I am using mentoring club as platform to connect with people, share my lessons learned and reflect on myself based on the interaction with my mentees.
