With over 22 years of professional experience, Monika combines a 16-year international corporate career with her work as a certified coach. Her background includes leading complex projects and collaborating with multicultural teams across borders, giving her a deep understanding of personal leadership in high-pressure settings.
LaMatu is a career coaching and mentoring practice based in Amsterdam, operating across the European Union with a mission to empower international professionals to design fulfilling, value-driven careers. Since its founding in 2022, LaMatu has supported clients from over 80 different nationalities, guiding both individuals and organisations through career transitions, leadership development, and intercultural collaboration.
