As a Product and Engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in enterprise software, I have dedicated my career to driving innovation and ensuring sustained customer adoption within SAP's SME portfolio and SAP S/4HANA. My current role involves leading end-to-end business process and SAP Best Practices content readiness across the SAP Business Suite. I am passionate about building high-performing teams that thrive through continuous transformation, focusing on scale, release readiness, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated the complexities of product strategy and delivery, playing a pivotal role in unblocking critical customer go-lives. I have consistently driven customer value by transforming product architecture, technology landscapes, delivery models, team structures, and operating models. My work is centered at the intersection of product, technology, and people, where I take pride in translating complex enterprise systems into tangible business results.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I serve as the Global Co-Lead for the Caregivers@SAP Employee Network, contributing to global strategy, expanding regional chapters, and collaborating with executive sponsors on initiatives that promote workforce sustainability and retention. I have also launched the Nurture Network, a parenting community that supports 900 employees in SAP India, along with the Neurodiversity Support Circle.
