Nikita Belokopytov

I am a seasoned engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in building software and more than 5 years in scaling agile, cross-functional teams that deliver high-quality products. Currently, I am the Head of Mobile Engineering at AutoScout24, Europe's largest online car marketplace, where I lead the modernization of the Android and iOS platforms and the development of new features and services.

My core competencies include building an engineering strategy and a culture of growth, setting and executing objectives and key results (OKRs), and coaching and mentoring engineers and engineering leads. I am also a generalist engineer by trade, with a background in full-stack, mobile development, computer graphics, and data analytics. I am passionate about creating value for users and customers, learning new technologies and domains, and sharing my knowledge and insights with others.
