I am here because I love to connect, learn from others and exchange with different people from different backgrounds and experiences. I love learning and never want to stand still.

As a Sales Director it is my responsibility and desire to give support, advise, clarity and direction to my teams. I am absolutely passionate about Leadership, people development and to bring out the best in them.

I gained my first leadership experiences in the age of 18, where I run teams of 30 people in retail.

Since 8 years I am in Sales, from a Sales Rep to Director managing a business unit today. I developed teams, Sales Reps to Sales Leaders and junior/future Leaders to People Leaders and Managers.

I am passionate about culture, people and their development, I am an absolute "people person" but also very excited about Sales Strategy, Business Development and Account Management.
