Priscilla Mensah
Career and Personal Development Mentor at Freelance
I believe everyone can thrive in different areas of their life when they have the right support and for me, that support is mentorship.
Since 2020, I’ve worked with young people in different capacities, helping them navigate their careers, academics, personal growth, and even the digital space. My experience includes leading Student and Career Services at a University, where I supported students with career guidance, academic planning, employability skills, and CV development. I’ve also worked as a CV consultant, helping people confidently present their skills and strengths.
Beyond academic and career mentorship, I also mentor in freelancing and social media. I’ve managed six organizational social media accounts, achieving 4–5x growth in engagement and visibility, which contributed to new partnerships, increased membership, and even funding opportunities. As a freelancer with experience working across three continents, I understand what it takes to build a strong personal brand, work with clients globally, and create opportunities online and I enjoy helping others do the same.
Over the years, many of my mentees have gained clarity in their career paths, secured jobs and internships, improved their skills, and built confidence in their abilities. Seeing people grow and tap into their potential is what keeps me committed to this work.
This passion led me to start my own mentorship group, where I support mentees through both group sessions and one-on-one guidance. I also collaborate with organizations that are focused on youth development and capacity-building.
My mentoring style is supportive, practical, and personal. I meet you where you are, listen to your goals, and help you take clear steps, whether that’s choosing a career path, improving academic decisions, building a CV, starting freelancing, or growing on social media.
Sometimes all someone needs is direction, encouragement, or a little push and I’m here to provide exactly that.
