I bring over 40 years of global HR leadership experience and am a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. My career spans the hospitality and manufacturing industries across different markets, where I've built people-focused cultures that drive business success.
With undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Applied Psychology, I combine strategic HR expertise, coaching skills, and psychological insights to support individuals and organizations worldwide. During my 23-year tenure as Head of Human Resources at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts—one of India's premier luxury hospitality groups—I led culture transformation, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. I also provided executive coaching to leaders and teams across multiple properties, helping them leverage their strengths and navigate complex business challenges.
After completing my role with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in March 2025, I continued as Head of HR at Pioneer Holiday Resorts Limited in Hyderabad, managing strategic projects through August 2025. My diverse experience—from manufacturing operations to luxury hospitality—has given me a global perspective on people management, adaptability, and organizational effectiveness.
Beyond my corporate roles, I serve as an Advisor to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and as a Judge for the Brandon Hall Group Global Excellence Awards since 2023—roles that connect me with HR and learning professionals worldwide.
