For the last 23 years at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, I partnered with leaders across properties — supporting culture transformation, leadership growth, and meaningful engagement. I have sat in the rooms where careers were shaped. I understand the system from the inside. Earlier, I worked for the manufacturing sector for 16 years and gives me a good understanding of these sectors.

Today, as an ICF ACC, EMCC & a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach — and as an Advisor to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council — I bring that same depth into one-on-one coaching conversations.
