Rameshwar Shelge

An ambitious, digital savvy and tech fluent Software Professional, with ~13 years global experience in Performance Engineering from industry leading companies. Currently, I am leading RefactorQ as CTO and we help companies to build scalable, high performance products. I work across the teams providing Performance Engineering solutions. In my role, it is natural to have interactions across different functions of the organizations and provide guidance on improving application Performance, making applications more reliable and scalable.

Prior RefactorQ, I worked at Sitecore, Verizon Connect, Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform (Division of JP Morgan Chase & Co.) where I was responsible for driving Performance Engineering practices across the company. Before that I have worked for ZS Associates, Synerzip Softech and Saba Software.

I was fortunate to get some amazing mentors during my early days of my career which helped me grow as a professional what I am today. I think it is now time for me to offer that same help to others.
