Over 11 years of practical and professional experience in the arena of Human Resources in different local and multinational business domains like Airlines, ISP, Digital Marketing & Software Development, Smartcard and RMG. Currently working as HR Business Partner for Cathay Pacific Airways (Under GSSA: Global Aviation Services Limited, Expo Group). Beforehand, worked for ADN Telecom, Eastcompeace Bangladesh and Faiyaz Group. Finished MBA and BBA focused on HRM from ULAB, also completed PGDHRM from UIU (jointly organized with BSHRM) and HRMC from IBA, Dhaka University.
