Ravi Gupta is currently Head - Corporate Learning & Skill Development at one of the largest Metal & Mining Multinational. He is an Engineer from MNIT Jaipur, a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from Uniworld USA. He has a Dip. in Exports Management from Foreign Trade Development Centre (FTDC). He is also certified practitioner of Instructional Design Foundations and Applications from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Creative Thinking: Techniques and Tools for Success from Imperial College London and on Personal Branding from University of Virginia.

He is passionate to coach and train employees and is an expert at designing critical initiatives leading to positive business results. He is also a certified assessor for CII HR Excellence Awards and has been speaker at various summits like SHRM, CII, Economic Times etc. He has bagged many awards including Digital Dexterity Award and International Best Process Excellence Awards.
