I’m an undergraduate student studying Psychology, Sociology, and English Literature, with a minor in Computer Science. I’m not someone who has everything figured out. I’m someone who is paying close attention, to thoughts, emotions, pressure, confusion, and the quiet questions people carry but don’t often say out loud.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck inside your own head. To think constantly, analyze everything, and still feel unsure about what to do next. To feel capable, yet doubtful. To feel pulled between who you are, who you’re expected to be, and who you might become.
I mentor students and young adults who feel this way.
When we talk, I don’t rush to solutions. I listen carefully. We slow things down and look at what’s actually happening in your mind and your life, not what you think should be happening. Sometimes clarity comes from understanding a pattern. Sometimes it comes from finally saying something out loud without being judged.
My studies shape how I listen. Psychology helps me notice emotional and thinking patterns. Sociology helps me understand how family, culture, and comparison affect us. Literature helps me find language for feelings that are hard to explain. Computer science helps me stay grounded, breaking overwhelming situations into small, manageable steps.
I don’t give motivational speeches. I don’t tell you what path to choose. I won’t pretend to know answers I don’t have. What I offer is a calm, honest space where you can think clearly, feel understood, and leave with a sense of direction that comes from you, not from me.
If you’re looking for someone who will take your confusion seriously, sit with it patiently, and help you move forward without pressure or judgment, I’m here. :)
