I don’t “teach Scrum.” I mentor leaders and teams on how to make agility work in real organizations—where constraints, dependencies, and politics exist. With experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and engineering leader, I focus on product operating models, outcome-driven planning, flow, metrics (DORA, EBM), and leadership behaviors that actually improve delivery and predictability
