About This Offer
Leading a tech organization is a constant balancing act: scaling teams without losing culture, making the right technology bets under pressure, and keeping stakeholders aligned while still delivering. When you’re in the middle of it, the mix of expectations from founders, investors, customers, and your own team can feel overwhelming.
In this session I offer my suggestions based on my personal experience, other experiences from my network and generalized concepts I've learned to use and love over time. Whether you’re navigating rapid scaling, handling team performance issues, defining success metrics that matter, or struggling with stakeholder management and reporting, I’ll work with you to create specific solutions for specific situations. We’ll tackle practical questions like: How do I grow my leadership bench quickly? How do I say “no” without losing trust? Which trade-offs should guide my next architecture decision?
I’ve scaled tech teams from small startup teams to 100+ employee departments, across founder-led, PE-backed, and professionally managed environments. I have focused on delivering results while strengthening the team and am still in close contact with former colleagues, managers and employees. My job as your mentor: to give you clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies for your toughest leadership challenges.
