Hi, I’m Sebastian - a strategy and business value advisor with experience across consulting (McKinsey & Company), investment banking (Credit Suisse), and large-scale technology transformation (NTT DATA).
I currently work at NTT DATA, where I help shape and win complex, high-impact deals ($50M–$200M+), translating technology into clear business outcomes and ROI. Before that, I was at McKinsey & Company, advising private equity clients and global companies on strategy, due diligence, and growth opportunities. I started my career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, working on IPOs like Zoom, Lyft, Pinterest, and CrowdStrike.
Across these roles, I’ve spent a lot of time operating in high-performance, ambiguous environments - whether building executive narratives, solving complex business problems, or guiding teams through critical decisions. I’ve also been actively involved in interviewing and coaching candidates, and I enjoy helping others navigate pivotal career moments.
