Shamin Hassomal

Hello, my name is Shamin, founder of Coach To Perform and Director of Category Management at Ladenzeile GmbH. I began my career as a Store Manager for the Zara group. On to leadership positions at international companies such as H&M, Zalando and Axel Springer, I grew more passionate about coaching individuals, managers and teams in how to achieve and sustain peak performance.

Fashion & Ecommerce industry expert with 8 years of hands-on leadership experience teaching teams to
achieve high performance. 10 years of experience in sales, coaching and business operations in both multinational and start-up environments.

I was born in the Canary Islands to second generation immigrant parents. My Spanish nationality, Indo-Chinese heritage and passion for travel have broadened my perspectives allowing me to fuse together different cultures from around the world to create my own.

I know first-hand how lonely leadership can feel. Having benefitted from mentorship throughout my career I am eager to work within a community that supports learning and growth.
