Coaching Psychologist and doctoral researcher specialising in Positive Psychology Coaching, self-concept development, and trauma-informed practice. I adopt a trauma-informed approach, recognising how past experiences can shape present thinking, behaviour, and self-perception, while maintaining clear ethical boundaries between coaching and therapeutic practice.
My current doctoral research explores how Positive Psychology Coaching Interventions (PPCIs) can enhance self-concept and psychological well-being in adults who have experienced early emotional harm. This research underpins her practice, ensuring that coaching is both academically informed and practically impactful.
