Sheba George is a Senior Public Policy Consultant and Advocate with experience in driving systemic change in global development and humanitarian sectors. Through her roles with UNDP, the European Commission, and SEEK Development (consulting firm), she has advised international organizations, multilaterals, and governments on developing evidence-based policies, crafting strategic approaches, leading advocacy initiatives, and building multi-stakeholder coalitions.
As a practicing advocate, Sheba has led multilateral engagements and policy interventions aimed at advancing international cooperation, strengthening protection frameworks, and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities in policy discourse. Sheba has served in advocacy and diplomatic designations including as an UN IOM Youth Changemaker, Youth Ambassador and EU Delegation Lead to the Youth Assembly, Feminist Foreign Policy Ambassador to the G7, World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and Youth Advocate with the Global Partnership for Education.
Sheba has authored publications on global development and humanitarian issues and delivered a TEDx talk on "The Paradox of Progress". Her work has been featured by UN IOM, McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders, Peninsula Qatar News, Leadership News, Georgetown University, and the Hertie School of Governance.
Sheba holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance and a Bachelor of Science in International Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
