Hi, I am Svenja, nice to meet you.
I am a passionate and experienced leader and driver for digital transformation, working in real estate for more than 10 years.

While I begun my career in operations, I moved closer to technology and digitalization 6 years ago.

In my current role as a team lead, I
- own and manage multiple global digitalization projects
- streamline and harmonize processes
- develop product vision
- adapt project management methods, agile and waterfall
- support change management
- lead and coach a team of product manager, product owner and product designer

I am extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally, and to share my competence with colleagues and my network.
I am confident in my ability to develop value-adding ideas, and improve and digitize processes that feed into a leaner and future-proof business.

My passion lies in coaching and leadership. Seeing a human as a human and not as a resource. I am an advocate of empathetic leadership and personal development.

Next to my role, a friend and I founded the Wisselclub. A 2nd hand fashion platform on Instagram with the purpose of raising awareness for a more sustainably and conscious approach to fashion. Founding the Wisselclub, I could work with different topics, such as
