Hi there! I'm Tanya and I'm a Product Manager. I'm currently at Paddle.com, a fast-growing scale up that helps B2B SaaS increase global conversions, reduce churn, stay compliant, and scale up fast. I'm leading discovery on the onboarding journey for new sellers and building out a seller risk determination platform alongside that.
Before Paddle, I was at Asto UK leading product strategy for the Business Capital (SME Lending) product. Prior to this, I've worked in and studied the tech start-up space for almost a decade now, having written university papers on Uber, the sharing economy and the rise of AI, studying at an Entrepreneurship specialist college in Germany and working with Product and Ops teams at companies like EF, Code First:Girls and Onefinestay.
On the side of my day job, I have a newsletter https://smestories.substack.com/. I source and interview SME owners on the tools they use to run their business, their inspiration and challenges. I am also a regular cooking volunteer at Food Cycle where I work in a team to cook 3 course meals for around 70 guests using surplus rescued food.
