Leadership Coaching

I offer leadership coaching grounded in over 20 years of international experience leading creative and product teams of up to 47 members including other leaders/managers, across seven countries and within global industry-leading organizations.
My coaching is informed by real, high-pressure leadership contexts: brand transformation, creative repositioning, large-scale multidisciplinary team, and cross-functional decision-making in complex, matrixed environments.

I am recognized for inspirational and values-driven leadership, having been twice nominated for the Erling Persson Leadership Award at H&M for embodying the company’s core values, delivering strong results, and inspiring others.
I consistently scored 94% in leader favourability, ranking 5–12 points above the company average across all leadership dimensions. The combination of lived experience and measurable outcomes allows me to support leaders with practical, grounded coaching—focused on clarity, authority, communication, crisis and change management, diversity & inclusion, and impact—rather than abstract models or generic frameworks.

I have extensive real-life experience applying Situational Leadership methods and tools to optimise team performance across large, multidisciplinary teams. This includes assessing team and individual readiness to determine the most effective leadership approach, shaping operating models and processes to support changing strategy or turnaround conditions, setting clear KPIs and performance standards, and aligning expectations through structured reviews.
I have also led performance and salary reviews, restructuring and talent remapping, and consistently supported the growth and career development of both team members and managers—adjusting my leadership style to match developmental needs, task requirements, and evolving organizational priorities.
