Wayne Steidley

I like partnering with people, helping them to grow, and seeing them succeed. I have over sixteen years of engineering experience and I would not be where I am today without the mentorship I received along the way. It's part of my duty to pass on what I know. I have mentored people as a part of my work in the past. I want mentoring and coaching to be more central to what I do as a part of my purpose to create connection and in a way aligned with my values of collaboration and growth. I am currently coaching a few clients while in a rigorous one year coach training program where I will receive ICF certification upon completion.
