I focus on building and growing engineering teams that are happy, inclusive, effective, and self-sufficient by providing continuous feedback, mentoring, and promoting a healthy team culture (among many other things). I've been in the industry for over 20 years, and have worked on projects across a wide range of industries. I am also a Certified Scrum Master and implemented Scrum at several companies.

I'm passionate about mentoring. I believe in helping others reach their fullest potential and I strive to bring out the best in people. My biggest professional joy comes from seeing people succeed and grow their skills.
