She is Director of Customer Centricity at OLX Group, a global marketplace network that serves more than 350 million people every month. Before joining OLX, she worked at strategy consulting firm McKinsey helping companies across the globe to drive customer-led transformations. Putting the customer into the center of organizations when designing the products & solutions or improving service is her bread and butter. In the past, she also held multiple leadership roles in a non-profit organization promoting youth leadership.
