I’m a Product Manager living and working in Barcelona. After working as a Product Management Consultant and supporting companies in building products across different industries (Digital Health, Fintech, Hospitality SaaS) and countries (Germany, Austria, Spain, Netherlands), I've gained hands-on experience in various approaches to product management. This experience has provided me with insights into what works and what doesn't, as well as what distinguishes successful products and teams from unsuccessful ones. In my current role as a Product Manager at Partium, I’m dedicated to the development of an AI-powered search solution for enterprises. I’m happy to share my experience and knowledge on making a career change to Product Management, developing a product-first culture in a company, getting started in AI Product Management, and solving challenges related to soft skills that product managers often face — such as communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration in multicultural teams.
