I am a business systems analyst in IT, i.e. I help development teams to produce the right product by business analysis practices:

– defining real goals and underlying problems that are needed to be considered;

– managing requirements (from elicitation to documenting and updating, keeping everything in order);

– managing expectations;

– constantly communicating with stakeholders and team members on every side involved.
