Hello, my name is Aude, like in "Ode to joy"!
I am a passionate Karateka, as well as trainer and performance coach in this field. In this function I manage a team of 10 young athletes, guiding them on the path to individual peak performance as well as preparing them mentally for delivering under pressure.
I am also a passionate coach in life and business, with a focus on life and career choices. I hold a coaching certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management in the United Kingdom and have delivered to date over 130 hours of formal coaching.
On the business side I am currently Culture Manager for the Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB AG) headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. I have over 20 years of experience related to product and trade marketing, personnel development, marketing competence, sales training, coaching and digital learning with LLB AG and Hilti AG.
