Hello! My name is Barbara Hedler, I am a Brazilian currently living and working in The Netherlands. I am a well-traveled professional with more than 15 years' experience working in the chemical industry and international organization. I am experienced with strategy and policy development, process optimization, project planning and implementation as well as management of production processes and people. Presently, I am working as Process Improvement Manager for DSM, one of the largest Dutch companies. I am playing an important role to support the transformation of DSM towards sustainability!
