I started my career in selling to customers - and very soon learnt about their pains and frustrations as well as "what they really wanted" from the product I was selling them. I then worked in Customer Service as the Support Services Manager for both B2B and B2C which again enabled me to collate a list of features that would be considered by the Developers as possible future enhancements to the platform. I've finally been able to work in an environment as a Product Owner / Manager building out new products from scratch, with the aim of monetizing the new product over time, by creating value that makes a difference in the lives of the customers we serve.
