With over 15 years of experience in Internal Communications, I have led and executed communication initiatives for Global organizations such as Amazon, AXA and HSBC. I have developed and implemented communication strategies that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. As the Head of MENA Operations Internal Communications at Amazon, I was responsible for keeping tens of thousands of employees informed and engaged across the Middle East and North Africa region. I created engaging channels such as Amazon Radio, which won the 'Just Do It' Award by Amazon in 2017 from Jeff Bezos office.
