Hi, my name is Carol and I am a business strategist. Since 2007 I am analysing, developing, building and changing organisations. I focused on developing my intellectual interests and leadership skills, with the goal of contributing to the society by developing companies with responsibility.

Over the years, I have explored new challenges in different industries in a global context (Fintech, Cleantech, Travel tech and more). Working alongside with colleagues and partners of diverse cultural backgrounds, I gained professional experience in business strategy and development, finance, marketing, sales, customer service, e-commerce and digital management. Currently, advising leaders in the innovation ecosystem.
