Dear mentee, There is nothing more rewarding for me as a human being and leadership coach than seeing others' growth and their satisfaction in becoming the person they want to become. After 6 years of international experience in HR/People Teams and, based on my academic background in Psychology and a master's in Talent Management at the University of Barcelona, I founded Be-Coaching, where I offer my services as a leadership coach and HR/People consultant for startups. Currently, I am working as Senior HR/People Manager in a tech startup in Berlin.
