I have over 20 years of experience in the Tech and startup industry. I am a former engineer, CTO-turned-CEO/Managing partner, tech advisor, and selective angel investor.
With a few hundred DDs, 20 years of software engineering, and 10 years as CTO in various startups under my belt,
I have seen a variety of patterns around technology but even more important: people.
I have my own company, Philipps & Byrne, a tech advisory company working with founders and investors to help them build the world of tomorrow. I have gone through a steep learning curve as a CEO while still being a Techie at heart, and I am willing to share this with others but also like to learn from other people.
I am also a former board member of BVT*, the German association of transgender people, and an advocate and ambassador for and of the queer community in the tech/startup industry specifically and in general.
I am into mind/consciousness hacking, meditation, breathwork, and everything that lets us grow as leaders and human beings.
