Hi! I'm Chris. I develop, realize, and operationalize strategies while advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion and creating safe spaces in the company. Currently, I am leading process standardization and governance for all Maersk Middle and Last Mile businesses globally. I am also the global lead for Pride@Maersk, the company's LGBTQ+ employee resource group. In my previous role as the Regional Product Lead at Maersk, I led a team of product owners to define the end-to-end product strategy and development of E-Delivery Europe, Maersk's last-mile delivery service. I have over 7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, and digital transformation, across various industries and geographies. I am also a career coach, a mentor, and an advisor for early-stage startups and accelerator programs. I am passionate about innovation, social impact, and diversity and inclusion. I hold a CFA charter and an MBA from INSEAD, and I am fluent in Indonesian and English, with intermediate Danish and basic German. I am always open to new opportunities, challenges, and connections.
