I started my career in the health and fitness Industry before moving into the travel sector in 2003. I've been fortunate enough to work for brands such as lastminute.com, Travelsupermarket (part of moneysupermarket.com) Expedia and today I'm the Chief Commercial Officer at Traveltek (a leading travel software technology company) My remit is Global sales, marketing, client management, supplier relationships and our project management team. I also assume responsibility for our people and culture. I've had extensive experience in strategy, business development (B2B marketing) and leading change. I've worked on commercial negotiations between some of the largest brands in travel and had experience in creating and executing new business models. Today, I can look back proudly on some great achievements, but the business achievements I'm most proud of, are seeing people I've worked with, grow and develop. I've had the pleasure of working with commercial and technical teams and also experience of managing and dealing with many cultures and businesses. Outside of work, I'm a Mum to 2 children and as a result of this balancing act, I'm a huge supporter of women in business and advocating a culture of understanding and diversity which ultimately leads to a happier workforce but also a more profitable one. I've worked in large corporates and experienced working in SME's , my role also see's me interact with many start ups wanting to succeed in travel so I have experience of all sizes of business. Along my journey so far, I've had some great mentors. They supported me with challenging situations and reaching my goals - and gave me honest and valuable feedback. I would be happy to support you on your journey if I can add value to you, please get in touch.

The session was pure gold to me. To be honest, I gained a better understanding of board meetings and the decision-making process from our 30-minute chat than I have in the last eight years of my career. Thank you, Cress!

Cressida and I needed to reschedule as she had an overlapped meeting originally. But it turned out a great experience. She's friendly, sincere, and resourceful. I've learned today how to do effective networking. Some highlights: ask (personalized) questions; it’s totally okay to have a list of people you want to approach before an event; networking is not a natural skill: prepare, practice and perform; aim to have a diverse connection.

I like it was a very natural conversation, but very straight to the point. I had some detailed questions and I could see you really wanted to clarify for me. I really appreciate the time, effort and empathy.

Fantastic session! I got so much out of it, and plastered 4x A4 pages with notes! Cressida gave valuable insight and shared her knowledge around the issues that I have had the most struggle with, she helped me see that what I had been doing (and given up on) was the right path to take, and that is how large corporations do it too. I could have chatted with her for hours, I had a whole page of questions to ask but the conversation flowed so freely I didn't use them - although most were answered within our chat. I am actioning everything she recommended with a renewed sense of determination. Thank you so much
