Hi there,
I am Danae and I am based in sunny Barcelona. Have majored in Psychology and Work & Organizational Psychology. However, I fell into the startup world and Talent Acquisition.
11 years later I have acquired extensive experience across different industries (SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, etc.) and countries (Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Poland, Hungary). Throughout my career, I have always worked with diverse, international teams across different geographies (EMEA, US, APAC).
At the same time, I have been coaching folks in various organizations on career transitions (lateral and vertical moves), goal setting, interview preparation, personal branding, salary negotiations & promotions, and overall acting as an accountability partner. Currently, I am making my first steps into a more holistic approach of both life and career coaching, and even launching a program in my current organization.
