I am a highly motivated, proactive, and ambitious Software Engineering Manager with over 16 years of experience in software development. During the last 9 years, I was focused on shaping tech environments in FinTech. I have profound experience in software engineering and even more in leading international and distributed teams. I developed my servant leadership style which is open-minded and grounded on my personal strengths which gave me outstanding abilities to lead large teams, especially in the perspective of critical domains for larger companies. My original background is Computer Science which makes me successful in leading engineering teams, hiring the most talented engineers, and shaping the culture with trust in autonomy and focusing on effectiveness.
