Welcome to my profile. My name is David. I am a professional with 10+ years of experience working in the project management field. I have worked in various industries (telecommunication, industrial, consumer goods, aerospace) in Europe and North America, as a consultant, and more recently leading PMOs that I've built from scratch with my teams. I like to think of myself as a creative builder and problem solver. I enjoy thinking outside the box. I enjoy learning new things and sharing my experience, hence why I want to mentor. I believe that much can be learned on both sides through mentorship. I am a mentee myself. Beyond just project management, I like to discuss career paths and share experiences with people. 14.February 2024David has a wealth of experience on all things related to the PMO and will share them with you gladly. He helped me understand both the theory and practical reality of project management – in particular the roles, duties and common pitfalls fo the Pgm, the Pjm and the PMO. He provide me with great insight into how this triad operates, delivers value and empowers the org – as well when it may fail to do so at times!
