  1. i want to move from 'ad-hoc sharing expertise' to a Mentor-role routine;
  2. last year i finalized my certification as Mentor with mymentoring.ru;
  3. we have finilized mentoring initiative in project for Talent reserve in Technical Engineering department and currently rolling out accross all Company (5k+ Employees);
  4. i perceive Mentor-role as a way of inspiration and 'mining' dopamine.
