Don Macdonald

As a non-profit coach and former nonprofit CEO, I am an experienced manager with relevant senior expertise in social enterprise, project management, governance, strategic & business planning; team leadership & staff development. I have developed new organisations which still flourish 30 years later. As an experienced trainer and coach, I have expertise in designing and delivering customised staff training programmes and coaching., and provided training on the sector at the University of Greenwich. I was also chair of the trustees for 7 years. of Football Journeys a youth integration project and provided coaching and consultancy in Myanmar before the military putsch.
