Elisa Burgos-Ojeda

As an experienced Learning and Development leader, I specialize in creating equitable and dynamic cultures that foster innovation, creativity, and excellence. My approach is centered on leveraging communication, collaboration, and in-depth problem-solving to promote effective solutions.

I worked at a small educational publication in Puerto Rico for many years, where I honed my skills in working with subject matter experts to translate their knowledge and expertise into engaging and memorable content to aid our readers. I also developed my skills in training, facilitation, and instructional design there as I developed and taught vegan cooking classes!

Eventually, I transitioned into instructional design for online learning at Cornell University's online learning unit, eCornell. I'm a voracious lifelong learner and recently earned my ATD Master Trainer designation from the Association for Talent Development. Currently, I provide performance management strategies, leadership training, mentorship, and coaching to the internal team members at my workplace, nTech Workforce.
