Fani Bahar

Fani is Senior Product Manager at VMware Pivotal Lab with 10 years diverse experience as Business Analyst, Software Engineer that led her to be the Product Manager she is today.
In 2015 she joined the biggest startup in Indonesia and change her career as Product Manager. She fell in love with the role and within a year she was promoted as the Principal Product Manager, then in 2016 she moved to Berlin and joined one of Rocket Internet's venture where she got opportunity to learn and practice A/B Testing, Lean Startup, User Centered Design and many more. After spent also 5 years in Startup world and became a Lead Product Manager she decided to join a corporate company and works as Product Manager Consultant. At VMware Pivotal Lab, she focused on building client's product and the product development team, she uses all her experience to taught her client to be a better Product Manager and team player.
Outside her professional life, she spare time to volunteer as a teacher at ReDI School and Product School. Additionally, she is passionate about empowering women in tech, entrepreneurship and education for all people.
