I 'm well experienced Agile Coach/Engineering Manager with past as a consultant in Agile Transformations. I had occasion to work for variety of organizations like Software Agencies, banks or product companies. My current approach is to make the environment filled with autonomy within collaboration.
I'm excited to be part of someone's journey and carve my own path along the way. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of helping numerous teams and organizations achieve their goals. While I rely on popular methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, I believe that these are just tools.
My true passion lies in taking teams to new heights of ability, responsibility, and entrepreneurship. How do I do this? By diving into individual journeys, teaching the power of consent, and exploring the essence of each team member to foster self-acceptance and create a culture of understanding and unity.
