The Flowstarter method enables the dissolution of limiting patterns by targeting specific areas of the brain. This releases "working memory" and transforms new capacities into focus, creativity and performance. Emotions are the interface between conscious and unconscious processes. The overriding goal is not to eliminate emotions, but to channel them and use them as a powerhouse. The result is – flow, performance at the push of a button and achieving much more with less effort. And what is the central prerequisite for evoking flow? It is the right state! Everything is state, it's how you see the world. It is how you feel, how you think, how you interpret what is happening in your life. All this makes up the reality you create for yourself. State is the underlying principle that allows all other skills and capabilities to emerge. Recall a situation in your life where everything seemed difficult, where problems dominated your thinking, where you felt powerless and unable to act. But then a piece of good news, a sign of hope completely changed your perception and evaluation for the better. Suddenly you were able to focus on solutions and possibilities, people began to act on your behalf - in one sentence: life became great again! What had happened? Something or someone changed your state. And imagine what your life would look like if you could call up this change of state on demand! The truth is: the ability to influence how you feel regardless of the surrounding circumstances is what separates successful entrepreneurs from those who do not excel. Mastering your state control is the key to becoming a good entrepreneur – and a good parent and partner. My name is Florian Hager: I am a performance coach for high-achievers and performers.
