I am a directorate-level advisor to Government cabinet ministers with 13+ years of experience in various fields such as health care, labour and urban development. I can share experience in the following areas -
- Leadership, teamwork and management: I am among the senior management leading thousands of staff with different professional backgrounds in implementing social programmes.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement: I have extensive experience in connecting with foreign governments, international organisations, legislators, councillors, the private sector, the media, the civil society and the wider public.
- Crisis management and public relations: I tackled multiple high-profile public crises which required quick, direct and effective responses.
Professional life aside, I am happy to share experience and inspirations about the larger questions - life purpose and choices. I have been through difficult phases and understand pain and suffering.
Other than that, my personal passions are history, travel, art and culture. I did my undergraduate degree on Modern History in the University of Oxford. I also have a double MSc degree on International Relations from the LSE and Peking University respectively.
