Hubertus Schmidt

It's important to me to bring my long-lasting experience of 25 years in different international leading positions to (young) people and to accompany them throughout manifold challenges.

My experience covers positions in big, international companies, but also the know-how of how to bring a start up up to speed. I founded two companies from which one is focusing on digital and business transformation and the other is consulting people who are about to establish a company.

Additionally, I'm also acting as a lecturer at the biggest private university in Germany in the fields of e.g. digitization, entrepreneurship, strategic business development.

I'm also a member as a mentor of mentorMe Germany.
