About me

Based in the UK, I am a Talent Acquisition leader with 20 years in-house experience and 10 years agency side. Worked within a number of industries including; BioTech, FinTech, Telco, IT and Financial Services.

For 3 years, worked for a Private Equity owned Software House, moving it from 420 to 750 employees including a Greenfield site in Romania which I grew from zero to 13 in 2 months, to 48 in 8 and 98 in 12. Participated in preparation of the company for a sale and subsequently worked on the integration following a merger.

I have a great insight in to a variety of companies, across different industries and hope that my experience of recruitment, interviewing, processes may give you a useful insight.

Throughout 2020, the market-place was such that reluctantly many companies are having to part with staff. I have run a series of Outplacement projects in recent months helping people to make that transition from being in work and moving back in to the job market.
