Worked in BioTech, Clinical Trials and the Pharmaceutical sector since November 2013, first with Retroscreen Virology/hVIVO and for 3 years with CRF Health. 10 years IT recruitment agency experience before moving in-house, typically for companies with a technology bias including Mobile and Fixed Telecommunications, IT and Consultancy and also the Financial Services sector, Education, Travel and Transportation. I have done project for and through RPO's and also managed RPO's. Implemented Direct Sourcing Talent Acquisition Model and developed PSL's. 6.5 years on other peoples payroll and 15 years interim.
My combination of Operational and Strategic Resourcing expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Resource Planning and Workforce Planning, within SME’s and international Blue Chips, has given me the practical knowledge to build scalable Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions, delivering pragmatic resourcing solutions for organisations, to meet short, medium and long-term business objectives.
Most recently worked for a Private Equity owned Software House, moving it from 420 to 750 employees including a Greenfield site in Romania. Participated in preparation of the company for a sale and subsequently worked on the integration following a merger. Other companies I have worked for include: Microsoft, Broadcom, T-Mobile, Accenture, BT and Lloyds Bank.
