Based in the UK, I am a Talent Acquisition leader with 20 years in-house experience and 10 years agency side. Worked within a number of industries including; BioTech, FinTech, Telco, IT and Financial Services. For 3 years, I worked for a Private Equity owned Software House, moving it from 420 to 750 employees including a Greenfield site in Romania, which I grew from zero to 13 in 2 months, to 48 in 8 and 98 in 12. Participated in preparation of the company for a sale and subsequently worked on the integration following a merger. I am trained in Psychometric Profiling tools including DISC and EI and use these insights for coaching and mentoring. I have a great insight in to a variety of companies, across different industries and hope that my experience of recruitment, interviewing, processes may give you a useful insight. Throughout 2020, the market-place was such that reluctantly many companies were having to part with staff. I have run a series of Outplacement projects, helping people make that transition from work to being in the job market and then back in to work.

I learned a lot about how to tailor a CV and the application process, all in a very clear and interesting way. We had many more sessions with Ian and he has helped me with every single question I had; even if he couldn't answer immediately he would go out of his way to research the topic and come back to me with an extensive answer. I think Ian is a great mentor and I feel very lucky to be his mentee.
