Software engineer, leader, author, speaker, inventor. For over 20 years I’ve been involved across diverse industries, focusing mainly at startups. I enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that startups and scaleups bring. The ability to achieve anything. But with this comes challenges – in ambiguity, delivery, build vs iterate, scaling, and constructive communication – these problems are what I thrive on. As a mentor I want to continue to give back to the community, and help others have the tools and support to make the best possible decisions and deliver the best possible outcomes.
